In my former suburban neighborhood I had a plethora of fitness choices ranging from the national chains, to the small independents, as well as boot camp and cross fit groups that met at the neighborhood park.

Arden Hills Presents Wellness Seminar about How Strengthening Your Core

Strengthening your core is absolutely key to achieving weight loss and overall fitness goal...but it’s easier said than done.

Learn about the latest research and find out if your daily exercise routine is benefiting your body or breaking it down during a special -- and complimentary -- Wellness Education Seminar at Arden Hills on Wednesday, February 12 from 6 to 7 p.m.   Presented by Certified Personal Trainer Andrew Titherington, the seminar is titled “Strengthening Your Core."  Participants are encouraged to ask questions and learn the answers by moving your body as this is a “learn-by-do” workshop (so please wear comfortable clothes).
