With spring gardens beginning to bloom all around us, don’t miss the next “Live With the Chef” cooking class at Arden Hills this Wednesday evening, March 27, beginning at 6 p.m.  The talented Chef Rina will share tips and techniques to incorporate seasonal spring favorites -- like lamb, spring onions, carrots and even rhubarb -- into delicious meals your whole family will enjoy. This special monthly cooking class is focused on incorporating fresh ingredients designed for a healthy and well balanced diet. It wasn’t until I tasted the Flaming Dragon Roll from Ninja Sushi that I discovered my more adventurous side. Let me tell you – there are few sushi rolls quite as tasty as the Flaming Dragon Roll. Served on a flaming platter inside a nicely wrapped foil cover, the sushi roll sizzles for one to two minutes, leaving a tantalizing aroma you simply can’t resist. Once the fire dies down, you unravel the foil to find a beautiful surprise. The presentation is gorgeous and very well prepared.
